The Box Shoes (design) and production

Two years ago I was asked to make the idea for the shoebox sneakers come to life. I translated the creative concept into a technical design and production plan. Managed tight timelines from brief to delivery, aligning creative team and production partners to ensure on time execution.

I've worked on many different projects that required managing a lot of moving parts. From aligning internal stakeholders to acquiring certifications and permits. Communicating simultaneously with clients, designers, builders, inspection etc. The trick, in my opinion, is understanding who needs what information when and making sure that happens (while looking ahead to avoid possible obstacles.)
